TrailBlazer AI Terms of Use

1. Service Description
TrailBlazer AI is an AI outdoor hiking information tool providing AI Trail Brief generation, A–E risk grade assessment, offline Mapbox tile pack downloads, and Post-Trail DNA trip review.
Important disclaimer: TrailBlazer AI is an information tool, not an emergency rescue tool. AI suggestions are for informational purposes only. You must have appropriate outdoor experience, inform someone of your plans and expected return time, carry an SOS device, and monitor local weather and rescue service advisories. The final go / no-go decision and responsibility for your safety are yours alone.
2. AI-Generated Content
Trail Briefs and Risk Grades are generated by AI based on public weather data, route information, and your trip history. They do not constitute professional mountaineering or rescue advice and may contain errors. You bear full responsibility for trip decisions made by reference to AI output. AI output passes a 15-term medical / diagnostic / clinical filter but may still be imperfect.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to abuse AI features to generate malicious or unlawful content, impersonate others, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or subscription gates. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Pro subscriptions auto-renew and are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time in your platform subscription settings. After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Refund policies follow Apple’s and Google’s respective rules.
5. Intellectual Property
Trail Brief content you generate and save belongs to you, free to use. TrailBlazer AI’s brand assets, app interface, underlying algorithms, and model prompts are owned by sanva (the developer).
6. Offline Map Usage
Offline Tile Packs are downloaded via the Mapbox SDK and are subject to Mapbox Terms of Service. You may not use tile data for commercial purposes outside of TrailBlazer AI.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account. If you detect unauthorized access, contact support@sanva.tk immediately.
8. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
9. Disclaimer
TrailBlazer AI is provided “as is”. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI output or uninterrupted service operation. Outdoor activities carry inherent risks; we are not liable for accidents resulting from reliance on information provided by this app.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
