1. How many trail briefs can I generate per day?
Free: 3 per day. Pro (monthly or yearly): unlimited. The daily window resets at local midnight.
2. How large is an offline tile pack?
A ±10 km pack is typically 20–80 MB depending on terrain complexity. Free tier: 1 pack. Pro: 5+ packs.
3. How is the Risk Grade calculated?
Three steps: ① destination 7-day weather (rain / wind / temperature swing) ② route elevation vs your personal max from recent 5 hikes ③ incident history match for the area and season. Novice profiles (first 5 hikes) auto-step up one grade.
4. How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Can I request a refund?
iOS: file at reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: open the order in Google Play. We honor Apple / Google's refund rules.
6. How do I delete my account?
Profile → Account settings → Delete account. Recoverable for 30 days; permanently erased afterward (GDPR Article 17).
